Order Processing, Dispatch and shipping
Each order is wrapped with care and sent from our Northern Rivers studio via Australia Post. Once your order is placed and payment received, we lovingly prepare your items for dispatch.
During non-peak times, please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be sent.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) via Australia Post, with free standard shipping included on all online orders.
If you’d prefer Express Post, simply email us at connect@ambertoms.com, and we’ll happily arrange it for you.
Refunds & Returns
Please choose carefully — refunds or exchanges aren’t available for change of mind on products ordered online.
Every Annie’s Garden piece is packaged with love and care, so it’s very rare for anything to arrive damaged. However, if your visual prayer is faulty or damaged in transit, please email us at connect@ambertoms.com within 48 hours so we can make things right and minimise any inconvenience.
To return faulty or damaged goods:
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, unsoiled, and in their original packaging (with tags attached if applicable).
Please email connect@ambertoms.com with your name, invoice number, product name, and a brief reason for return or request for replacement.
Freight costs for returns and exchanges (excluding faulty goods) are at the customer’s expense.
Annie’s Garden cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit.
